CNC PROFILE CUTTING
Specializing in CNC router cutting Spacelight systems has been servicing the construction, signage, manufacturing and design industry for over 30 years. Using our state of the art machinery we have the capabilities to machine materials up to 130m thick with a cutting area of 4000x 1900. Through our CAD programming we can design and machine complex shapes to a high degree thus eliminating any further manual labour.
Our machines have the capabilities to cut materials such as solid Aluminium, Aluminium composites, timber, MDF, Plastics and Brass. The routers versatitlity make it very capable to reach high end finishes and accuracy. Plunge depths of the cutter make it ideal for V-Grooving for folding, engraving wood, recessing and lettering. We accept pre drawn DXF files to further save time.
